Samsung Mobile Unpacked IFA chapter on Aug 29, invite hints at Note 2 launch

The press invites for the IFA chapter of Samsung Mobile Unpacked have appeared online and they have confirmed the fact that company will indeed be unveiling new devices on August 29.

While nothing is certain about which devices we will be seeing at the event, but the invite image does hint towards the long-rumoured Galaxy Note 2 with the not-so-subtle presence of stylus.

The original Samsung Galaxy Note was announced at last-year’s IFA trade fair and turned out to be a decent success for the company. So, it won’t be surprising if the company shows a successor to the device at this year’s IFA in Berlin.

For those of wondering about the Aug 15 event, the company is expected to re-launch a new and improved Galaxy Note 10.1 on the day.
