Remember the HTC Thunderbolt? Of course you do. It is, after all, the world’s first 4G LTE-capable Android device and was one of the most talked about phones when it was released last year. Well, if you’re rocking one of these babies, you’ll be excited to hear about a grip of modifications made and released by XDA senior member, orkillakilla

Each of the mods will need to be flashed via ClockworkMod Recovery if you choose to install them. Included in this awesome post are several different notification bar modifications and a ton of other mods, including:

  • Wake On Volume
  • Remove Wake On Volume
  • Transparent Rosie with 5×5 app drawer
  • Restore to stock Rosie
  • Blue Overscroll Glow
  • Green Overscroll Glow
  • Red Overscroll Glow
  • Gold Overscroll Glow
  • White Overscroll Glow

I’ve known orkillakilla since the beginning of Google+’s public beta days, so I’m really excited to see him making some big moves in the Android community. If you’d like to add him to your circles, he’s a really great guy to have — especially if you’re an Android enthusiast. He’s even been mentioned on the XDA Portal for his work on the T-Bolt, which is an honoring accomplishment for any budding software developer. Congrats, buddy!

If you’re still rocking an HTC Thunderbolt and would like to check these mods out for yourself, I encourage you to drop by orakillakilla’s thread for more information. Be sure to hit the thanks button while you are there and read all of the instructions carefully before applying any of these mods to your device — we are not responsible for anything you do to your phone.
