Samsung has officially announced Galaxy Note 10.1 today. This ten inch tablet with S-Pen support is targeted to designers, businessmen and students. There is no word on the pricing or the availability right now.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features 1.4GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.0, 16/32/64GB internal memory, 7,000mAh battery, 10.1 inch 1280x800p resolution display, Wi-Fi and HSPA+ connectivity. Note 10.1 is just 8.9mm thick and weighs 585 grams.

Company has included an interesting split screen feature in the tab, which divides the screen in two parts, so that you can take notes simultaneously while looking at the content.

“GALAXY Note 10.1 takes productivity on a Note to a whole new level. With a larger, fully utilizable screen and superior performance, it combines the intuitiveness of handwriting with all the versatility of digital content to let users be more productive across all of life’s demanding tasks—whether working, learning, or simply creating their own stories,” said JK Shin, President of IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung Electronics.
