Samsung announces Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, available starting March

Samsung has announced the successor of Galaxy Tab 10.1 today in the form of Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. It will join the recently announced Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 as a part of Galaxy Tab 2 series. Both the tablets will be available in global markets starting UK from March.

On paper, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 does not seems to include many upgrades over the original, in fact there are downgrades to reduce the pricing of the tablet.  It features 1 GHz dual core processor, Android 4.0, 3MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 1GB RAM, 10.1 PLS TFT display, 16/32GB internal memory and 7000 mAh battery.

Samsung plans to offer both 3G and Wi-Fi only versions of Galaxy Tab 2 series tablets.
