Google poaches a senior director at Apple to work on a top secret project

In a first, Google has hired a senior director at Apple to work on company’s top secret project. This news comes with at an interesting juncture when US Department of Justice is investigating the alleged anti-poach agreement between Apple and Google.

Apple’s senior director of product integrity Simon Prakash will now be reporting to Google’s Sergey Brin and will be working on some hush-hush project. Simon was an Apple employee for the last eight years and his last assignment was the responsibility for product reliability/safety of Apple product across the portfolio. Google could also use him with Motorola once the merger is complete.

Simon Prakash is scheduled to bring work at Google today.
