Sony Xperia S was recently announced at CES and features a 1.5GHz dual core processor 4.3 inch 720p Reality display, 12MP rear camera, front camera, 1GB RAM, Android 2.3(upgradable to ICS) and 32GB of internal memory.
Initial impressions of the smartphone have been positive apart from the presence of Gingerbread, when everyone was expecting Sony to pre-load ICS, but we expect to see the update soon after release.
