Qualcomm introduces Snapdragon S4 MPQ8064 processor for Smart TVs

Qualcomm has launched new processor that will power Smart TVs and Digital media adapters. Company showcased the capability of these processors in Dr. Paul E. Jacobs’ keynote at CES recently via Lenovo’s K91 Smart TV, which will be the first product to come with this processor.

The Snapdragon S4 MPQ8064 processor features a 1.5GHz quad-core CPU-based on Qualcomm’s Krait micro-architecture-Adreno 320 graphics and advanced audio/video capabilities, delivering mobile users the highest performing mobile experience while consuming less power.
