Motorola Droid 4 makes an appearance again

Motorola Droid 4’s little-little cameos don’t seem to stop and Verizon is not ready to launch the device. This time the device was spotted in Best Buy’s Rewards zone, showing its face in the open. There was no accompanying information, but we pretty much know everything about the phone till now apart from the launch date and price.

Now, the possibility of a CES launch seems to be on-cards, but nothing is official as of now. To remind you, Droid 4 is expected feature a 1.2GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 inch qHD display and 8MP rear camera along with slide-out five-row QWERTY. It is more like a RAZR+QWERTY.

We just hope Motorola/Verizon announce it at the earliest.
