Swype is pushing a major update for its beta Android app. This update brings Dragon Dictation voice to text as on option instead of the default Android one. The new beta (v3.26.92.37556) also adds 50 languages, which can be downloaded using the settings menu of the app.

Another new feature that is present in this beta is the Advanced Language Modeling, which will bring 40% increase in prediction accuracy as well as will learn via your typing over the time. It is currently supported for English, French, Italian, German and Spanish; support for other languages will arrive soon.

You can manually initiate the update process by pressing the “Refresh” button in the Swype Connect section of Swype Settings.
