More Motorola Droid 4 renders leaked

The unannounced Motorola Droid 4 has appeared in more renders giving us a better look at this Android slider from almost every angle. While, it was being expected to be launched today, but a few leaks in the last couple of days revealed the delay in launch. According to the latest rumors, it will now make its debut in February.

It is rumored to feature a 4 inch display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, front camera and 8MP rear camera.  With the delay in arrival, can we expect some ICS goodness on the phone – Motorola?
