LG’s two upcoming Android smartphones Optimus Sol and Optimus Net dual-SIM are now available for pre-order at Letsbuy in India. They are expected to be available in last week of December.

Originally announced back in August, LG Optimus Sol is a mid-range Android smartphone. It has been priced at INR 16,999 and features 3.8-inch WVGA “Ultra AMOLED” display. Ultra AMOLED is supposed to make it easier to read in direct sunlight. Other features of the smartphone include a 1GHz processor, 5MP camera, VGA front shooter, Android 2.3, and 1500 mAh battery.

On other hand, after introducing the single SIM version of Optimus Net, LG is now looking to grab some dual-SIM market as well. Net’s dual-SIM version was spotted on Letsbuy, available for pre-order with Dec-end as the availability schedule. It has been priced at INR 10,699 and will compete with the likes of recently launched Micromax A75 and Spice MI-350n, both of which are selling for around 2K less.

Optimus Net Dual-SIM has the same features as the single-SIM version, which include 800MHz processor, 3.2 inch display, 3MP camera, Android 2.3 and 1500 mAh battery.

17000 for Sol?? It should be under 15k.. Xperia Neo V, Optimus Black etc. are priced similarly and are anyday better than this at same price!
