Sony Tablet S 3G version goes on sale in UK for £449

Sony has start selling the 3G version of Honeycomb slate Tablet S in UK. Until now only available as a WiFi variant Tablet S 3G has been priced at £449 for the 16GB version. It is £100 over the price at which 16GB WiFi only version retails.

Available now at the official Sony website, it can now order now. Apart from the connectivity option increase, there is no other change in the specifications of the tablet, which include NVIDIA Tegra 2 1GHz processor, Android 3.2, 9.4 inch display, 5MP rear camera, and front camera. The weight of the tablet has also increased to 625 grams because of the presence of 3G module.
