How to Root Asus Transformer Prime

Advertisements

Normal consumers might be still a day away (for Taiwan, for US there are still ten days) from getting their hands on Asus’ brand new quad core tablet Transformer Prime, but it is already rooted. According to a post on Android Central, a one click root solution called Razorclaw, which was originally made for Transformer, works like a charm on the successor too. This method has been tested on the Transformer Prime review unit given to the folks over at AC.

So if you are planning to get Prime and like to tinker around, don’t worry root access is already achieved and it won’t days for other mods to appear as well.

You can grab the Razorclaw APK from here and install it on Prime and click “Root me nao” button and voila.
