Galaxy Nexus volume bug fix released

Google and Samsung might be taking time to release the fix for the volume down bug in Galaxy Nexus, but that did not stop Paul at Modaco to present an alpha version of the fix. But there is a catch, this patch works only when bootloader of the Galaxy Nexus is unlocked and if you want to unlock the bootloader on your Nexus now, it will wipe all the data on your phone.

It is said to be the pre-release version of the upcoming official fix, so you are one of the adventurous kind and are frustrated by the bug, you can flash it now. Download is available over at Modaco.

The fix installation is pretty simple, and you will just need to run a batch file.
