LG Optimus 2X to get Gingerbread update in India this month

Advertisements

LG India has announced that Optimus 2X will be getting the Gingerbread update in the country this month. This news is coming via company’s official Twitter account and corresponds to earlier released schedule by LG Europe.

LG Optimus 2X was launched way back in April in the country and is still running on FroYo. I hope that LG sticks with its word this time and rolls-out the update soon. There is no change-log available right now, but you can find the list of Gingerbread features that will surely make its way to Optimus 2X below.

  • Enhanced power management
  • Advanced copy/paste
  • User interface (UI) improvements
