HTC to buy Inquisitive Minds, company behind Zoodles

HTC has announced today that it will acquire Inquisitive Minds, the company which designs PC, Smartphone, and Tablet UI for children under the Zoodles brand, for US$13 million.

Company has been looking to increase its content provision for quite some time and the recent acquisitions including today’s are a part of that strategy.  Inquisitive Minds has around 2 million users, but how many of them are paid is not exactly know right now.

To remind, the recently launched Xoom Family Edition also come pre-loaded with Inquisitive Minds’ Zoodles Kid software.
