Samsung announces Galaxy Tab 8.9, Galaxy Player 5.0, 4.0 in US

Samsung has announced the release details for Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablet and Galaxy Player 5.0 and 4.0 PMPs. While Tab 8.9 will go on sale starting October 2, Galaxy Player will be available beginning October 16.

Pricing: Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has been priced at $569 for the 32GB version and $469 for the 16GB version, on the other hand Galaxy Player 5.0 and 4.0 will be sold for $269 and $229 respectively.
