Toshiba’s ultra-thin tablet AT200 now on pre-order in Germany

Toshiba’s recently announced sleek Honeycomb tablet AT200 is now on pre-order in Germany at Deutsche Telekom’s t-online-shop.at. The 16GB and 32GB WiFi only versions on offer have been priced at €479 and €584 respectively.

The exact shipping date is still unknown, but we hope to hear that soon. Toshiba AT200 features 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) display, 1.2 GHz TI OMAP 4430 processor, 1GB RAM, a microSD card slot, a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera, a front-facing 2MP camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB port, and micro HDMI out.

AT200 had generated quite a buzz during its announcement at the recently concluded IFA due to its thin body at 7.7 mm and great hardware inside, however the exact performance will only be known after the public release.
