HTC India was one of the many companies today at Qualcomm India On 2011, that announced a new Android smartphone – Evo 3D. It will soon be available in the country for a hefty price tag of INR 35,990.

We spent some time with the device the launch event and personally I am not big fan of 3D display, but if you are, this is a great device to have –considering you are ready to spend 36k.

Evo 3D Indian version will have Android 2.3.4 pre-installed, so no waiting for the Google Talk video chat feature. HTC has kept the same interface Sense 3.0, which was present in Sensation.

HTC Evo 3D performed decently during our small interaction, interface was smooth. The power of 1.2 GHz dual core processor was clearly visible. We will be publishing the full impressions once we get hold of a review unit.
