HTC ChaCha renamed as Status coming to Telus Canada

So, HTC Status name is indeed official and we might see it in the entire North America.  The smartphone today appeared on the coming soon page on Telus website with its new name, but avoiding any specific details like pricing and exact launch date.

We hope to see an official launch soon, but till then to recap HTC ChaCha aka Status, the smartphone features Android 2.3, dedicated FB button, 800 MHz processor, 5MP camera and a front cam.
