Vodafone UK replaces Galaxy Tab 10.1v with thinner Galaxy Tab 10.1

Vodafone UK has decided to drop the plans to launch Galaxy Tab 10.1v and instead go for the thinner version Galaxy Tab 10.1. Telecom operator posted a small message in this regard today.

Samsung has earlier announced Galaxy Tab 10.1, which was supposed to be a Vodafone exclusive, but company went on to announce a revamped version with the same name and dubbed the original as 10.1v. Since then the future of 10.1v was in question, but the tablet was recently launched in Australia.

It seems the Australian reception wasn’t great that’s why telecom operator has decided to launch the thinner version aka Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in UK. There is no word on pricing or availability.
