Samsung Galaxy S2 debuts in Hong Kong, Taiwan

Advertisements

Samsung today launched its Galaxy S successor S II in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Company hasn’t unveiled the pricing in any of the countries, but the smartphone will be soon available.

Samsung has tied with Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) and Taiwan Mobile for the launch in Taiwan, so we are likely to see the subsidized pricing from the telecom operators for the device, but it is not the case in Hong Kong.

Hi Gaurav,
I have just purchased a gs2 india model. it feels like it dosnt have a dualcore amr cortex a9 processor.rather it has some single core processor. Even i was able to score a only a 2720on quadrant standard.
Please confirm

@maainux It has 1.2 GHz dual core processor, Quadrant seems to be giving wrong info- check with Z-device test app to check about the processor.
