Android 3.1 roll-out stopped, Galaxy Tab 10.1, 8.9 delayed– Rumors

Advertisements

It is surely sad news for most of the Android tablet lovers out there. Two tweets from Eldar Murtazin suggest that Google has stopped the roll-out of Android 3.1 due to some issues, which are not known right now. He also stated that due to this, Google has told Samsung to delay the European launch of Galaxy Tab 8.9, and Galaxy Tab 10.1.

We are still not sure how much of this is true, but we are hoping a statement from either Samsung or Google pretty soon to clear the air. To remind you, yesterday only Samsung announced Galaxy Tab 10.1 in US with Android 3.1 in US, will this be delayed too??

Any other tablets with Android 3.1 are also likely to be delayed, which include Toshiba Thrive.
