Telstra to release Samsung Galaxy S2 in Australia this July

Advertisements

After Optus and Vodafone, Telstra has confirmed that it will launch Samsung Galaxy S II in the Australian market. It has said that the device will be available on its network sometime in July; however the exact availability details will be known closer to the launch.

Telstra is the only telecom operator, which supports HSPA+, so Galaxy S2 users will be able to use the full data download and uploaded speeds on its network. Samsung Galaxy S2 is also the first HSPA+ smartphone reaching Australian shores.

Telstra hasn’t announced the pricing as of now.
