Netflix Android app now available for select devices

One of the most anticipated apps on Android platform has been Netflix, and finally select users can officially download it from Android Market. Netflix has released its official Android app today for the following devices.

• HTC Incredible with 2.2+
• HTC Nexus One with 2.2+
• HTC EVO 4G with 2.2+
• HTC G2 with 2.2+
• Samsung Nexus S with 2.3+

If you don’t have the above devices, you can try downloading from here and see if it works on your device.

Netflix team has said that they will soon add more devices, so don’t worry you are not that out of luck.

We expect to quickly add to the number of phones that can download from Android Market as we work with ecosystem partners to expand playback support.
