Dell’s 10 inch Honeycomb tablet will be called Streak Pro

All of us know that Dell is working on a 10 inch Android 3.0 tablet, which is expected to be launched in June. Codenamed Gallo, this tablet has now got a real name. According to a leaked doc, this tablet will add to the already existing Streak series and will be called Streak Pro.

The recent leak also cites a June launch, which is pretty much confirmed from multiple sources and Dell itself. But, we have also got a list of specs that will be a part for Streak Pro.

Dell Streak Pro Specifications:

  • 10 inch WXGA display with 1280 X 800 pixels resolution
  • nVIDIA Tegra 2 Processor
  • Android 3.0
  • 2 Mics
  • Enterprise Apps
  • Stage 1.5 UI

I’m surprised at the late release of some of these tablets. Tegra 3 is supposed to hit the market in August. . . so if I don’t have a tablet by June I would just wait for the Tegra 3. Also, I think the Asus Transformer is going to be the best seller for Android tablets.
