Gingerbread update ROM leaked for Samsung Galaxy Ace

Advertisements

If you thought recently launched Galaxy devices might take months to get Gingerbread goodness, you are wrong for at least Galaxy Ace.  An official test ROM of Android 2.3.3 update for Galaxy Ace was leaked and has reached Samfirmware.com.

It makes one thing official that Samsung will soon be pushing the update to the device, unless the usual shit happens or you can be adventurous and flash the test version itself.

The firmware region is Europe [UK to be precise], Download and flash using ODIN. Be sure to make a backup of all your data, and find the replacement of your current ROM if something goes wrong.
