Acer launches Iconia Android tablets in Australia

Acer today launched two Iconia series Android tablets in Australia. These tablets will be available on all networks including Telstra’s next Gen network in June.

Acer Iconia A100: $499 – It’s a 7-inch 1,024 x 600 Wi-Fi tablet running Android 3.0 Honeycomb. Other features include 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 250 dual-core CPU, includes 512MB RAM and features 5.0MP/2.0MP rear/front cameras.

Acer Iconia A500: $579 – 10.1 inch full capacitive touch screen, 13.3mm thick, multi-touch and gyro meter, NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core 1.0Ghz processor with Flash 10.2 support
