SK Telecom to launch Xperia Arc in South Korea

SK Telecom and Sony Ericsson have partnered to launch sleek and sexy Xperia Arc Android smartphone in South Korea. Arc will be available in the country starting next month.  Pricing and carrier subsidies are yet to be decided and will be announce closer to the launch.

SK Telecom has had a long relationship with Sony Ericsson, and it sold 100,000 units of earlier launch Xperia X10.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is only 8.5 mm at the thinnest point, features an extra wide 4.2” multi-touch screen, 8.1 MP camera with HD video recording support, Android 2.3, 1500mAh battery, and 1 Ghz Qualcomm processor. It will also be the first phone to come with ANT+ support.
