First Motorola Xoom update rolling out starting today

Motorola has announced that Xoom will receive its first software update starting today over the air. The update however will only be available to non-rooted, locked devices, so if you have unlocked your Xoom or rooted it, better flash the stock to get hold of the update.

Motorola is posted the tools for relocking your device on its dev site, [couldn’t find the exact link, if you know share in comments].

Update Enhancements:

• Support for Adobe® Flash® Player 10.2 (download available at a future date – via Android Market

• Improvements to daylight savings time
