20,000 Samsung Galaxy Players sold in 10 days

Samsung Galaxy Player YP-GB1 has sold over 20,000 units in South Korea within just ten days of the launch. The music player was launched last month in the country.

Galaxy Player is built on the lines of company’s much successful Galaxy S Android phone. It features Android 2.2, 1GHz processor, 4-inch Super Clear LCD , Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SoundAlive, T-DMB, GPS, front-facing camera for video calling, along with 3.2MP main camera, HD video playback support, microSD card slot and 1200mAh battery.

Galaxy player is available in 8GB and 16GB variants at a price of 399,000 won and 459,000 won respectively.
