Acer announced that its Android Froyo 2.2-powered Liquid mt smartphone will be available in Canada from tomorrow exclusively through Rogers. It’s the first Android smartphone available at Rogers to support HSDPA 14.4Mbps.
“We’re expecting the Liquid mt to be a hit with our customers in Canada,” said Dan Gralak, VP of Sales for Acer, Smart Handheld Business Group Americas.
Acer Liquid mt features 3.6-inch WVGA capacitive touch screen (480×800-pixel) , Qualcomm 7230 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, Flash 10.1, 5MP camera, WiFi b/g/n, 14.4Mbps HSDPA, GPS and Bluetooth.
Pricing/Availability
The Liquid mt smartphones will be available for customers in Canada tomorrow via Rogers with prices beginning at $49.99 with a select three-year term contract.
