Ultrafast Android developers have ported Notion Ink Adam’s firmware to Viewsonic  gTablet. The port brings the Eden UI goodness on the Viewsonic tab, but still has many bugs considering it’s the first build.

The build brings the following apart from Adam OS port:

  • Pershoot kernel and Wifi module (not complete, but should be functional)
  • Rooted with Busybox and Superuser.apk

It won’t take much time to developers to get it fully working, as the hardware is pretty much same apart from the display.  If you own a gTablet, you can find the download and other instructions over here.
