India to get Nexus S with Super Clear LCD in early Feb – Exclusive

It seems February is going to be pretty interesting for Indian Android lovers, and they will finally get to see a Google phone. According to the latest available to us, Samsung is going to launch Nexus S aka Samsung GT-I9003 in India in early February.

However, Nexus S will not come with the usual Super AMOLED display, and it will have Super Clear LCD. Well, that has been expected earlier too considering Samsung is only launching Super AMOLED versions in US and UK, rest everywhere it is Super Clear LCD.

The information is coming from one of our readers, who got it from Samsung sales reps in Hyderabad, as they were unable to replace his DOA Galaxy S due to stock shortage, and told him that wait a little more and we are launching Samsung GT-I9003, which is in-fact Nexus S with Super Clear LCD.

The smartphone is already listed on Flipkart and Infibeam websites as coming soon, and considering Samsung’s record in launching Android smartphones in India, we are confident Samsung will not let us down and release Nexus S by early February.
