Pandigital launches Novel with 9-inch display

Pandigital today launched a 9-inch Android tablet Novel, which also doubles up as a color e-Reader. It is available now in the market for a retail price of $279.99.

Pandigitial Novel comes with 9 inch touchscreen LCD display, 2GB of integrated memory, SD, SDHC and MMC card support as well as a mini-USB port. It also integrates Barnes & Noble’s NOOK Book Store to provide eBooks, newspapers and magazines.

“The Pandigital Multimedia Novel line became incredibly popular in 2010 thanks to its breadth of features, top-notch eReading experience, and affordability,” said John Clough, president, Pandigital.
