Sony Ericsson’s unknown Gingerbread smartphone spotted

We recently reported that Sony Ericsson is going to announce a few Xperia series Android smartphones at Mobile World Congress. It seems images of one of these smartphones have been leaked by Japanese blog “Blog of Mobile,” which scored these images over two Picasa accounts. The accounts seem to have been created to test imaging capabilities of two smartphones.

While the smartphone in pictures is entirely unknown and looks to be running on Gingerbread, the camera phone is being touted as earlier leaked Sony Ericsson Anzu with camera running below the actual resolution supported.

The smartphone is rumored to be codenamed as Hallon with model number MT15i.
