Samsung Galaxy 551 available online in India; official launch soon

The last week of the year is going to be full of Androids in India. We are expecting Desire HD launch next week, now one Android phone from Samsung is due official launch. Samsung Galaxy 551, which is currently retailing at Flipkart for Rs 12,799, will start shipping next week.

We are expecting official announcement from Samsung about this QWERTY Android 2.2 smartphone sometime next week. Samsung Galaxy 551’s specifications include 667MHz CPU, 3.2-inch capacitive TFT display (240×400 pixels), TouchWiz 3.0 UI, HSDPA 7.2Mbps, 3MP camera, Wi-Fi, DLNA, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, Social Hub, DivX support, 160MB internal memory, microSD card slot and 1200mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy 551 was first seen at IFA Trade Fair.
