Spice Mobility to buy Malaysian app development company Beoworld

India’s Spice Mobility has bought Malaysia’s Beoworld to give a push to application development. Beoworld offers third-party application development services and content for mobile devices on MediaTek and Android.

Spice has said to be buying 100% stake in the Malaysian company. To remind, Spice is already a partner with Malaysia’s mobile service company CSL.
