Hisense U6HF Fire TVHisense has become the latest TV manufacturer to launch a television with the Fire TV platform–the U6HF. The company already sells TVs with the Android TV, Roku, and XClass TV platforms. The new U6HF seems to share most of its features with the Hisense U6H model that will run on the Android TV platform with the Google TV interface. Like the U6H, the U6HF is also an entry-level model and doesn’t have top-of-the-line specifications.

Hisense U6HF price, sizes, availability

According to Hisense, the U6HF will be available in two sizes—50-inch and 58-inch. While the 50-inch model is going on sale soon via Amazon.com, the 58-inch model will arrive in the fall. On the pricing front, the 50-inch U6HF costs $529.99, and the 58-inch model will retail at $599.99.

U6HF features

The Hisense U6HF will have an LCD screen with standard LED backlighting and a 60Hz refresh rate. The TV will also feature 4K UHD resolution and quantum dot technology. Additionally, the company is packing support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Dolby Atmos in the television.

Budget gamers will also be happy with the TV as it will come with a Game Mode for low input lag and fast response time. In addition, Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) will also be present.

The U6HF will have a fairly robust selection of apps and games as a Fire TV model. And Hisense will bundle the TV with an Alexa voice remote for voice control.

Other specifics about the TV are a mystery for now.

Hisense 2022 lineup

With the launch of U6HF, the 2022 Hisense lineup has eight TV models, including the U9H, U8H, and U7H. Unfortunately, none of the 2022 Hisense TV models have gone on sale as of writing this report. But we are likely to see U6H and U6HF on the market soon.
