There has been a lot of chatter about Google’s alleged upcoming Google Assistant-enabled headphones over the last few months. Thanks to French retailer Easy Lounge, I can now confirm that Google Assistant headphones are indeed real and Bose is building a pair integrating the voice assistant.

The retailer earlier today put up an official product video of the upcoming Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones on YouTube (embedded at the end of the report) and this video notes that the headphones feature Google Assistant integration.

Given that it is a promotional video, it doesn’t go into every detail about the features of the headphones, but it did say that this pair of wireless headphones will last upto 20 hours on a single charge, which is in line with the company’s existing Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones. The existing model was much loved and among the best gadgets of 2016. If Bose QuietComfort 35 II is anything like its predecessor, you can expect to see great noise-cancelling support and premium build.

Given the Google Assistant integration, you will also be able to control music playback with your voice, ask questions, get information, control your smart home devices, send and receive text messages, and more with Bose QuietComfort 35 II.

We are hoping to see an announcement very soon. The pricing is expected to be similar to the last year’s model – $350.
