Six months after its introduction at a Paris press event, Huawei’s Ascend P7 smartphone is now available in the Indian market. The phone is being sold at e-retailers Flipkart and Amazon India and you can grab it now for INR 27,999. We are still waiting for an official announcement about the India release of the phone and it is expected sometime next week.
Coming to the smartphone specifics, Huawei Ascend P7 sports a 5-inch full HD display and is powered by 1.8GHz quad-core HiSilicon Kirin 910T processor. In addition, the company has included 2GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board storage, microSD card slot and Android 4.4 with Emotion UI 2.3 on the phone.
According to Huawei, Emotion UI 2.3 includes a number of software tweaks like super power-saving mode, customizable lock and home screens, two enhanced UIs for effortless navigation, harassment filter, permission manager, network and notification management, and more.
On the imaging front, the Ascend P7 packs 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 8MP front shooter.
At this price-tag, the phone will be competing with the likes of Google Nexus 5, Sony Xperia Z1, and Samsung Galaxy S4 in the country.

Why should one buy this instead of Huawei Honor 6 @ Rs19999? Especially with 3 GB of RAM and 3000mAh battery of Honor 6, comparing 2GB and 2500mAh battery with this phone…

Also this comes with Huawei name in front and logo at the back unlike honor 6 with its neat HONOR text at the back
