Xiaomi has unveiled a new 16000 mAh power bank, which will be joining the company’s already available 5200 mAh and 10400 mAh power banks. Featuring two USB 2.0 ports for charging two devices simultaneously, the power bank has been priced at 129 yuan ($21.1), however it will be sold for just 99 yuan ($16.16) as a part of the company’s Nov 11 sale at TMall.
The new power bank sports five batteries made by LG/ Panasonic and comes with an aluminium shell. It weighs 350 grams, which is just 100 grams more than 10400 mAh power bank from the company.
There is no word on the release of the power bank in other Xiaomi markets such as India, but we hope to hear from the company soon.
In related news, Xiaomi is planning to bring a special edition of Mi 4 smartphone, which will be sold for 1799 yuan as a part of the company’s November 11 sale. This Mi 4 variant will include 2GB of RAM. Other specifications are expected to be same as Mi 4.
