Spice Mobiles has unveiled its new Stellar 524 Android smartphone in the Indian market. Priced at INR 10,799, the new smartphone is currently listed on the company website and can be grabbed for as low as INR 8,899 from Saholic.com.

The new Spice smartphone features a 5-inch 720p HD display, Android 4.4, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and 1GB of RAM. The phone also packs 13MP rear camera, 3.2MP front camera, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, and 2000 mAh battery.

In addition, Spice has included the usual connectivity options on the Stellar 524 like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and dual-SIM support.

In related news, another new Stellar-series smartphone Steller 518 has appeared at Saholic.com. The phone is yet to be listed at the company website but we expect that to happen in the next few days.

Sporting a huge 4000 mAh battery, the Spice Stellar 518 is targeted to the consumers, who prefer to choose battery life over other features in their smartphones. Among other specs, the phone packs dual-SIM support, Android 4.4, 1GB of RAM and 5-inch HD display.

The company has also integrated 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front shooter, 8GB of on-board storage, microSD card slot, 3G and the usual set of connectivity options in the Stellar 518. The phone can be purchased in Gray and Black colour options.
