Within weeks of launching the second-generation Moto G and Moto X smartphones in India, Motorola has re-introduced the first-generation Moto G and Moto X at reduced prices in the country.
As per Flipkart product listings, Moto G (2013) can now be purchased for INR 8,999 (8GB) and INR 9,999 (16GB), while the Moto X (2013) is available for INR 17,999 (for all variants including woodback ones).
With Motorola promising to provide Android 5.0 Lollipop update for both Moto G and X first generation models, these are still great smartphones to go for. To remind you, the Moto G (2013) features a 4.5-inch 720p HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera. The phone also packs 2070 mAh battery, Android 4.4.4, dual-SIM support and 3G connectivity.
On the other hand, Moto X (2013) packs 4.7-inch 720p AMOLED HD display, 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 2GB of RAM and 10MP rear camera. The phone also includes 2200 mAh battery, Android 4.4.4, 16GB of on-board storage and 2MP front shooter.
