Popular computer peripherals maker Logitech on Wednesday announced a new multi-device keyboard. According to the company, the new K480 is the first desk keyboard designed to work with up to three devices.
Logitech K480 is a full-size desk keyboard with a standard layout and the usual shortcut keys. It uses Bluetooth to connect to different devices at once regardless of the OS they are running like Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, Android or iOS. The keyboard features an Easy-Switch dial, which allows the consumers to quickly switch between the connected devices and start typing on them.
“Typing needs have evolved and consumers are computing and texting across multiple screens, often using two or three different operating systems. The Logitech Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard K480 makes it simple for people to work, create or communicate quickly and comfortably, no matter what computing device or platform they are using,” said Charlotte Johs, global vice president of computer peripherals at Logitech.
Logitech Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard will go on sale this month in US and Europe for just $49.99.
