Weeks after releasing the Gold-coloured Galaxy Grand 2 smartphone in the Indian market, Samsung has now launched the Blue-variant of the phone in the country. According to a Facebook post by the company, the Blue version of Galaxy Grand 2 is now available exclusively at the company stores.
India is not the first country to get this Blue variant, which has already been released in other Asian markets like Saudi Arabia and Nepal. With the launch of this new colour version, Samsung now retails a total of five colour options for the Grand 2 in the country – Gold, Pink, White, Black and Blue.
The pricing of all colours remain the same and so are the specifications, which include 5.25-inch HD display, 2600 mAh battery, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. The phone also packs 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera, dual-SIM support and quad-core processor.
There is no word on whether Samsung plans to introduce any other colour options for the phone but it is unlikely.
In related news, to remind you, Amazon India, which exclusively retails Samsung’s Galaxy K Zoom smartphone has reduced the price of the phone to just INR 19,999 for a limited period. If you are looking for decent camera-phone, you might want to have a look at it. The phone was originally launched at INR 29,999 in the country.
