With just over 48 hours to go for the rumoured announcement of Samsung Galaxy Alpha, a slew of leaks originating from two different placed have revealed the full details about this upcoming Samsung smartphone.
This Samsung smartphone was reportedly advertised by Samsung at a yachting event in Moscow. The original source, which had shared the images from the event, has since removed them but they are already circulating in the blogosphere. This pretty much makes the phone official.
Continents away from Russia, the full specifications of the phone have been leaked in Brazil via what seem to be an image from an internal Samsung event. These specifications (apart from display resolution, which is clearly a typo) are in line with what we have been hearing so far.
As per the leaked specs, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha will come with a 4.7-inch 720p Super AMOLED display, Android 4.4, 12MP rear camera, 2.1MP front camera, Exynos 5 Octa processor, and 2GB of RAM. The phone will also come with 32GB of internal storage, 1850 mAh battery, heart-rate sensor and fingerprint scanner.
As per previous report, Alpha is expected to be unveiled on August 13 with availability next month.
Here are some more images of the Galaxy Alpha images, which were leaked in China a few days ago.
