It is not often that we see something announced by Google reach India at the same time (or close to it) as other markets like US and UK but it is always nice to see that happen. In one such case, the Android Wear-powered LG G Watch has been released in India along with 11 other countries earlier today.
It is now available for pre-order at Google Play and will start shipping on July 8. LG G Watch has got a price-tag of INR 14,999 in the country, which is almost same as the US pricing of the smartwatch after taxes and shipping.
LG G Watch isn’t the only Android Wear smartwatch announced for India, even Samsung Gear Live has been listed on the Google Play in the country and will be arriving soon. It carry a price-tag of INR 15,900.
Both smartwatches carry similar specifications apart from some odd changes and will have the same feature-set.
Here is a quick look at the specs:

LG G watch has a 400 mAh battery. AMOLED display consume more battery than IPS LCD. For me LG G Watch is the winner!

Phone with similar spec cost less than 5000 INR so I really doubt who will buy smartwatch for 15K…unless you have some black money to spurlge..
