It is raining Android smartphones today in India. After the announcement of three Android smartphones by HTC, Sony has now launched Xperia M2 Dual in the country. The phone has been priced at INR 21,990 and will go on sale beginning April 25.
Originally showcased at MWC 2014, Sony Xperia M2 Dual features a 4.8-inch qHD display, Android 4.3, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and 2300 mAh battery. The phone also comes with 8MP rear camera, VGA front camera and 1GB of RAM.
In addition, Sony has included 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, dual-SIM support and the usual set of connectivity options.
The smartphone will join the company’s earlier released Xperia T2 Ultra, Xperia E1, and Xperia E1 dual smartphones in the country.
