LG has announced that it will start selling the new L-series III smartphone L90 this week. The phone will first be available in CIS region followed by other markets around the world. There is no word on the pricing right now.
Introduced ahead of Mobile World Congress last month, LG L90 comes with 4.7-inch qHD IPS display, 1GB of RAM, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor and Android 4.4. The phone also packs 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 2540 mAh battery.
On the software front, the phone includes the new Knock Code feature, which simplifies the power on and unlocking procedure.
“With its competitive specs and exquisite design, we expect the L90 to continue the success of the L Series in the global marketplace. It offers the very best of LG in design, hardware, OS and UX features so 3G smartphone users worldwide will be able to enjoy a truly first-class smartphone experience,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
